UV COATING FOR NATURAL WOOD FLOORING

At present, the flooring coating line at Real Tree is among the most modern and advanced systems imported from Germany.

The flooring is coated with Treffert water-based UV coating, manufactured in Germany—a high-quality product and considered one of the most premium UV coatings available today. Real Tree’s natural wood flooring is finished with 8 layers of UV coating, cured with ultraviolet light, along with 2 layers of wax applied to the board edges to minimize moisture absorption during use. As a result, the flooring is highly resistant to warping and swelling.

In addition to providing natural wood flooring products, with our automated coating technology we also offer UV coating services for flat surfaces as well as PU coating technology on our semi-automatic coating line.

UV COATING TECHNOLOGY: UV coating is a type of finish cured by ultraviolet light (UV rays), specifically designed for wooden interior products. Compared with traditional coatings (PU, NC, AC, etc.), UV coating offers numerous outstanding advantages.

PU COATING

PU COATING TECHNOLOGY:
Polyurethane (PU) is a type of polymer with a wide range of applications in daily life. PU exists in two main forms: solid and foam. PU is commonly used as a varnish (PU coating) to polish and protect wooden furniture. Currently, there are two types of PU coatings: one-component PU (PU-1K) and two-component PU (PU-2K).
